To purchase any of our items, browse our product list and click the "buy now" button beneath the items you wish to buy. This puts them into the Paypal shopping cart which opens in a new window. As you click each new item it should appear in the shopping cart. When you've finished shopping, select "Proceed to Checkout" and you will be asked to sign in to Paypal (if you are a member) or will be asked for your credit card information and delivery details we need to satisfy the order.
Paypal accepts most credit and debit cards as well as Paypal accounts. If shopping from outside the UK your credit card company will automatically convert the amount to your own currency. If ordering larger quantities we suggest you contact us directly for postage and packing. VAT at the relevant rate is charged (0% on books, 17.5% on other items) and is included in the price.
If ordering a PDF format book, click on the appropriate button and you will be redirected to the PDF store at the book concerned. Our general link on the front page takes you straight to the main shop with all our products on the PDF store.
For hardcopy books, cheques are accepted in Sterling paid to Sceaptune Games Ltd. Post your order, address and cheque to Sceaptune Games, PO Box 63, Tidworth, Hants, SP9 7ZX. We will wait until your cheque is cleared before posting out your order.
We try and ensure all shipping is directly related to the product bought. Shipping, including all P&P,
is stated on the order and varies from £1.40 for the lightweight books to approximately £2.80 for the
heavier books. All domestic postage is through Royal Mail and all small orders to the rest of the world
are air mailed.
We post your order as soon as we can, normally by the next working day (Monday to Friday). Delivery is
normally within seven working days, but please allow 28 days for delivery.
Returns If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will exchange any
goods or refund your money provided you contact us within seven days of receiving your order. Please
do not return unsatisfactory items or cancelled orders before contacting us. We are not responsible
for the costs incurred in supplying or returning items we have correctly supplied and reserve the right
to charge a handling fee.
Returned goods should be posted using recorded delivery or a receipt should be obtained from the
Post Office for low-value orders for your own insurance/refund purposes. If necessary, a deduction will
be made from the refund of any direct cost of collecting the goods. The returned goods must be returned
in the condition that they were first supplied.
We will refund postage costs for incorrectly supplied or damaged goods.

We do not disclose buyer information to third parties other than for delivery purposes. Cookies are used
by the shopping cart to keep track of your order once you have selected an item but are not used by us
for any other purpose.
